Information you need to tell us

There is certain information that our insurance partner need to know about you/your party members as it may affect the terms of the insurance cover you can obtain. You must, to the best of your knowledge, give accurate answers to the questions asked when you buy your insurance. If you do not answer the questions truthfully it could result in your policy being invalid and could mean that all or part of a claim may not be paid.

The policy wording gives you full details of what is and what is not covered and what to do if you need to claim. It is very important that you read the whole of this policy before the end of the 14 day cooling off period and before you travel and make sure the cover is suitable for you and all party members. Please make sure that you take it on holiday with you in case of an emergency. A copy of the policy wording is available on request, if you would like to see it before booking.

Policy limits

Each section of the policy shows the most you can claim but other limits may apply.
