Superbly located within a stone’s throw of the bustling coastal resort of New Quay, this well-appointed holiday home has been lovingly put together with comfort in mind. This property is the perfect treat for a small family or couple, who want to get away for it all and reconnect in this beautiful part of Ceredigion.

The Warran is a well-appointed detached holiday home with an open plan living area and galley kitchen. All on one level, there are also two cosy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. An enclosed verandah with garden furniture completes the picture.

From the edge of the doorstep you can take full advantage of the scenic walks and on-site facilities available, including a tasteful bar and restaurant, or take a short stroll into New Quay and indulge in the numerous delights on offer. Here you’ll find a selection of eclectic gift shops, independent cafés, highly acclaimed restaurants and an iconic fishing harbour, offering sea trip safaris around the dramatic coast cruising close to rare sea birds, grey seals and resident bottlenose dolphins.

The surrounding areas are just as promising and are particularly popular with outdoor enthusiasts, being a natural playground for cyclists, ramblers and nature lovers alike. The neighbouring Heritage footpath is the ideal place in which to escape the hustle and bustle of modern day living and spend a day exploring, discovering and enjoying all that this magnificent coastline has to offer. Also nearby is the regency town of Aberaeron with its multi-coloured houses and picturesque fishing harbour. Visit the university town of Aberystwyth, home to the National Library of Wales. From here you can catch a ride on the Vale of Rheidol stream train which meanders through the beautiful countryside before arriving at the spectacular waterfalls in Devils Bridge, a perfect day out! Beach 1¾ miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant on-site.
The Warren can be booked together with Jonelka (ref UK12089), Y Caban (ref UK12061) and Bee Happy (ref UK12837) to accommodate up to 16 guests.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
