This well loved family home is the ideal location for your next family get-together, couples retreat or special family celebration. Enjoy a walk around the grounds of the property and you will find a full size tennis court, summerhouse and a large terrace area, perfect for al fresco dining during the warm summer months. There are private stables adjacent to the property adding to the picturesque East Yorkshire landscape, with a view of the Humber Estuary as well as a large heated indoor swimming pool, located on the West wing. The owner has thoughtfully provided dressing gowns for your use. There is also a sauna and changing facilities available. The property boasts four beautiful living rooms, a large dining room, open plan kitchen and dining area, a games room and a fitness studio with yoga mats and a 55” Smart TV. During your stay, you will have full access to the property and the facilities mentioned above (please note however, this does not include the stables or paddocks).

Easy access from the M62 means it’s not far to travel into Hull where you can visit The Deep, the world’s first subsea aquarium, or enjoy a stroll around the shops and the marina. The medieval town of Beverley, with its minster and racecourse, is only a 25-minute drive away, and the Yorkshire Heritage Coast and historic city of York are also within easy reach and are well worth a visit for days out. There are great walks and cycle routes around the area and the North Cave Wetlands are a haven for wildlife and birdlife throughout the seasons. The information pack will include some local walks in the area ranging in length from 3 to 10 miles. Brough train station is located less than a mile from the property with direct trains to London in 2½ hours. Pub ¾ mile and restaurant 1 mile.
