Sitting down an idyllic country lane, the annex is in good company of the Coombe Hill Nature Reserve right on its doorstep, their land rich in wildlife.

Wharf Annex is detached and all on one level. As you walk in you will find a cosy living room, with a comfy sofa for two, blankets to boot for a snuggly night in front of the roaring wood burner. A small kitchen offers all the mod-cons. A wall converted table and chairs gives room to wine and dine, should cooking a meal be on the agenda. If cooking is not on the agenda, you will be pleased to know that within a short walk along the lane you will find the country pub, which is highly regarded for its food locally.
The bedroom holds a kingsize bed, with sumptuous mattress and linens for the ultimate night’s slumber. An en-suite shower room is complete with rainfall shower for a totally refreshing start to your day. Beyond your luxurious abode, a large landscaped private garden that is enclosed offers a tranquil and relaxing space to unwind, dine al fresco by firing up the BBQ, take a dip in your very own hot tub before pre-dinner aperitifs on the terrace.
