Living room: With 56" Sky TV (sports and movie package) and patio doors leading to garden.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With twin beds, single pull-out bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and single pull-out bed.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack.

Large enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Woodland and landscaped grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. Hot tub for 6 (private). No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds. There is a natural water supply from a borehole.

Wester Caiplich is a super-comfy and quirky cottage that guests love and return to time and time again.
Downstairs the kitchen/dining area is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and everything you need for cooking and dining.
The comfortable living room has a 56" wall-mounted plasma TV with Sky Sports and movie packages. A patio door leads out onto a generous enclosed garden with freshly filled and heated six-person hot tub (which includes a wonderful light show feature). There’s a well equipped and comfortable seating area for you to dine outdoors, relax and breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, while the children play.
Both bedrooms have twin beds. The ground floor bedroom has its own spacious en-suite shower room with power-shower, whilst the delightful upstairs bedroom provides seclusion and has its own downstairs shower room, also with a power-shower.
Dalnaglar Castle Estate covers 200 acres and lies on the southern fringe of, and within viewing distance of the Cairngorms National Park. It’s perfectly located for a quiet romantic break, family holiday or something more adventurous. Explore the Cateran Trail, hit the slopes of Glenshee, enjoy a round of golf, visit many of the nearby popular tourist towns (including the Royals summer retreat at Balmoral), nip down to Persie Distillery for some gin tasting or simply sit back and relax whilst taking in the sumptuous countryside surroundings. There’s also a private loch on the estate which many guest have enjoyed and also use for paddle boarding.
For guests who love hillwalking or touring the estate is perfectly located for exploring the surrounding munro mountains or taking leisurely drives through rustic glens. Even though you’ll feel like you’re in a luxury haven a million miles away you can easily enjoy a day trip to cities such as Dundee which is only 30 miles away, Scotlands capital city Edinburgh (1.5 hours away) or Glasgow which is also only 1.5 hours away.
There really is something magical about this spectacular area where wild deer roam free, buzzards and eagles can be seen, and numerous other forms of wildlife are on your doorstep. When you stay at Dalnaglar Castle Estate properties you are sure to a feel true sense of escapism away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
All properties at Dalnaglar Castle Estate are dog friendly and the estate allows for adventurous walks with your four-legged friends. After exploring the area, you can enjoy the luxury of your private hot tub and be mesmerised by the fabulous starlit skies. Shop, pub and restaurant 9 miles.

    A lovely location for a holiday. Calm, quiet and beautiful views. Your holiday could be as quiet or busy as you wished to make it. My only concern was the wires from the plug to the sky box, not so great if children in the cottage. Possibly a path or decking from the house to the hot tub and a coffee table for playing cards/games. Nick the ghillie was very helpful and knowledgable about the surrounding area and places to go. A great holiday and would recommend the cottage to all.
