This boutique, detached holiday home is set within the extensive gardens of the owner’s property with its own grounds and parking area, on the outskirts of the pleasant market town of Blairgowrie.

Elegant, tastefully furnished in a contemporary style it is smart and stylish and above all relaxing. Featuring bifold doors in both the lounge and bedroom, you get a real sense of the outdoors whilst reclining in comfort. There is a covered sitting-out area to the front of the living area with table and chairs for dining outdoors on sunny days and the underfloor heating throughout and wood burner in the living area area make it a delightful year-round choice.

The property is a short distance from the renowned Rosemount golf club, its championship courses well within the top 50 in the UK and is an excellent base from which to explore Perthshire, with a wide selection of other courses nearby, including internationally famous Gleneagles, St Andrews, and Carnoustie. Blairgowrie is the gateway to Glenshee, which offers year-round activities such as skiing, golfing, mountain biking, abseiling, hang gliding, and paragliding or for some retail therapy, the cities of Perth, Dundee or Edinburgh as well as the House of Bruar and Pitlochry are well worth a visit. The Angus Glens offers excellent walking opportunities, or you can enjoy the sandy beaches that stretch along the east coast.

    Nice and quite lovely cottage everything you need great amenities and lots of birds to watch on your doorstep.
