Tulls Cottage is a quaint, terraced holiday cottage located in Hythe, Kent. Adjacent to the Royal Military Canal, this property is in a great location for local shops, bars and restaurants, as well as for spending the day on the beach. Renovated to a good standard, the property provides comfortable accommodation for a couple. The landscaped garden has furniture and a firepit to enjoy in the summer evenings. The beach and high street are within walking distance, or enjoy a stroll along the canal. Many annual events take place too, including the canal raft race. Walk or cycle along the promenade, which stretches all the way to Folkestone. The shingle beach offers clear water and is good for beach fishing, swimming, windsurfing and family picnics.

The local Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway is one of Kent’s top tourist attractions. This miniature railway runs for 12½ miles from Hythe to the unique National Nature Reserve at Dungeness. The Port Lympne Wild Animal Park is a few miles away, and the nearby town of Folkestone is within easy reach. It has a traditional harbour with a number of fishing boats at anchor, with a selection of fresh seafood available from family-run stalls adjacent to the quayside. A short drive over the North Downs, following an ancient Roman road, the historic, charming and university city of Canterbury is a must. Visit the cathedral, dominant city walls and an array of boutique shops, bars and restaurants. For those wanting a day in France, the Eurotunnel terminal is nearby, and the port of Dover is only 8 miles from Hythe. Beach 500 yards. Shop and restaurant 500 yards, pub 100 yards.
