This magnificent five bedroom offers a luxurious retreat for families and couples. It sits gloriously detached within the village of Guarlford overlooking St Marys Church.
Space is an abundance, architecturally it has the wow factor and is designed to the highest standard with no expense spared. As you step through the door you are greeted by a glamorous entrance hall with a bespoke and marble staircase. Off the entrance hall you will find a formal sitting room that is triple aspect, featuring comfy seating, Smart TV, stone fireplace and log burner with bi-fold doors that lead onto the large garden. The movie buffs will be in heaven, as guests are treated to unlimited tickets to chillax in Guarlford Manor’s private home cinema. Drop the lights, pop the bubbles and rustle up the popcorn for the ultimate movie marathon with the clan. A 31ft open plan kitchen with dining area is the social hub of the house. A large central island makes for a great spot for chopping and chatting whilst you knock up some culinary delights. The dining area features snazzy recessed lighting, great for a more intimate dinner parties that require a little mood lighting. A useful utility is found just off the kitchen as well as a downstairs cloakroom with toilet.

On the first floor you will find 4 large bedrooms all with their own private en-suites. The Master bedroom is luxuriously appointed with an en-suite bathroom that features a stone double ended bath and separate walk-in rainfall shower. Each room is adorned with kingsize beds, Smart TV and the finest linens for the ultimate night’s sleep.

Outside of your holiday home, you will find a well-manicured garden and terrace complete with an 8-person hot tub. There is ample seating for all, should you decide to fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco. An electric car charging point features for guest convenience (additional charges will apply) and security gates lead onto a private parking area.

Just beyond your fabulous abode is the heart of the village of Guarlford, where you overlook St Mary’s Church. The adjoining village of Barnards Green offers a wide range of facilities including shops, convenience store and cafés.The historic Spa town of Great Malvern sits just beyond, with the famous Malvern Theatres, a supermarket for stocking up on essentials, and a great range of independent cafés and restaurants. Be sure to pack your walking boots; the Malvern Hills are crowned within an area of outstanding national beauty. Beautiful open spaces, footpaths and trails wait for all abilities, offering picturesque views over the Severn Valley to the East and the Welsh borders. Malvern railway station provides rail links to Birmingham (just over an hour), London Paddington (3 hours), Worcester, Hereford, and Oxford. Birmingham Airport and Bristol Airport are around an hour’s drive.

    Stayed for long weekend, to celebrate my 50th birthday, with friends. This house is amazing and so good for a celebration, everything you could need, kitchens great, cinema room fab, all the bedrooms amazing, spacious, lovely clean bathrooms, all en-suite, master bedroom huge with lovely bathroom. Loved the hot tub and garden, all you could want for a lovely chilled time away with friends or family. Owners communication great, arrived to explain controls etc, left us with some great recommendations for restaurants, pubs etc, overall couldn’t fault it, nothing to complain about, perfect weekend.
