Living room: With wood burner, 42" Freeview TV and DVD player.
Kitchen/dining room: With Aga, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher washing machine and door leading to garden room.
Garden room: With 32" Freeview TV.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Telephone (honesty box).

Lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.

Thistleyhaugh Cottage is set on the edge of the Thistleyhaugh Organic Farm, situated on the banks of the river Coquet, right in the centre of rural Northumberland. Set within 720 acres of farmland, this rural retreat offers a peaceful and relaxing stay. The views of the Cheviot Hills are magnificent from this detached property, and can be enjoyed while relaxing in the small garden room or from the outdoor sitting-out area. The family are 3rd generation working farmers and have tended this land for over a 100 years. Encouragement of wildlife projects has been a keen project on the farm and visitors are sure to spot some wildlife around the cottage and farm area. Rothbury, a friendly, pretty market town, is only 8 miles away where there are local services, a riverside park and a great selection of pubs and cafes. Cragside House and Gardens should not be missed. Alnwick, with it’s castle and cobbled streets, is within easy reach, along with the stunning Heritage Coast, peppered with castles and golden beaches. Thistleyhaugh Cottage has been designed for the visitors comfort, to maximise the views and offer a relaxing and welcoming home from home. Beach 13½ miles Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

The low deposit payable under this offer is £20. 4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more. 5. The difference between the £20 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
