St Florence is set within the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside and dates back to Norman times where the remains of a 16th century building still exists, and includes a Flemish chimney. Take a stroll through the hamlet to the garden centre, where you can enjoy an afternoon tea, and on an evening the local inn is perfect for that special meal and has a great selection of local ales, all on your doorstep.
Just a few minutes away you can ramble along the glorious Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Footpath, with its 186 miles of rugged cliffs, beautiful coves and unspoilt beaches. Or for a slightly more relaxed day try taking in the countryside at Trefloyne Golf Course, set within a wooded valley near Tenby, just a 5-minute drive away. This historic walled town and its cobbled streets are sure to get your holiday off to the perfect start. Here you can enjoy the finest fresh fish cooked to perfection within many of the traditional Welsh eateries found in the town. Or why not take a boat trip to Caldey Island to see the Cistercian monks or a fishing trip? Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
