The Plovers is a delightful, detached, Cotswold stone cottage that offers a tranquil haven for nature lovers, with five large lakes and 500 acres of secluded parkland to explore. This beautiful area of the Cotswold Water Parks boasts a wealth of migrant birds and diverse wildlife, including a family of beavers. The property is situated on Lower Mill Estate, within a quiet and peaceful conservation area, not suited to those seeking lively or social activities. An outdoor heated communal swimming pool, tennis court and adventure play area complement this stunning property, and provide a family of all ages with something to do on the estate. In addition spa passes for the local hotel, which is just a short drive away, are available to purchase direct from the owner. Somerford Keynes village is a 5-minute walk away; with a village pub that offers a warm welcome, home cooked food and real ales. There is a farm shop and restaurant on site, so guests can whip up something delicious, or let the cooking be done for them. The wonderful countryside of the Cotswolds surrounds the water park and attractions such as Bath, Oxford, Cirencester and Cheltenham are all within easy reach. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

The low deposit payable under this offer is £20. 4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more. 5. The difference between the £20 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
