Liscombe Farm Cottages is a small complex with four beautiful pet friendly cottages, hidden away in the heart of the Exmoor National Park. Surrounded by nature, you will often see the local wildlife such as red deer, buzzards or the famous Exmoor ponies. The properties (refs UK31153, UK31154, UK31155 and UK31156) are situated on a working farm with over 385 acres to explore and numerous walks in every direction, all starting from the front door. Private fishing is also available too, why not catch your dinner then cook it on the barbecue?

The Old Farmhouse is a large, detached, character cottage perfect for a family getaway. This spacious property has a comfortable living/dining room with a cosy wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a self-catering holiday, and there is a further dining table which is perfect for family breakfasts or socialising while cooking dinner. If you want to escape and relax, there is a cosy snug with sofas and TV. Curl up with a good book after a long day walking. A shower room completes the downstairs living arrangements. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms; a master bedroom with en-suite facilities, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with trundle if required, and a single bedroom. There is a family bathroom too. Outside, guests can enjoy a large enclosed garden, ideal for families with children and dogs.

Just a stone’s throw from Tarr Steps with its beautiful scenery and lovely Inn, Liscombe Farm Cottages nestle in a stunning location just 4 miles from the market town Dulverton, with shops and restaurants. The beaches of Minehead, Porlock and Dunster can be reached in around 30 minutes’ drive, or jump on the West Somerset Railway and meander through the countryside on a steam train up to the beach for a fabulous day out. Beach 16 miles. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
