The Mallards is a semi-detached property offering an open living/dining area with feature wood burner and double doors. A lovely feature of the property is the enclosed, south-facing, decked area with gas barbecue situated to the rear of the property, with table and chairs seating six people. One allocated parking space can be found a short distance away, and additional cars can use the overflow car park in Mill Village.
You can enjoy a tranquil setting on the Cotswold Water Park with all its benefits including spa, swimming pools, gym and nature trails. The Mallards is set within a 450-acre nature reserve, on the Lower Mill Estate in Somerford Keynes, where a large variety of wildlife can be observed in total tranquillity. In addition to the house facilities, guests also benefit from access to the estate’s on-site private spa free of charge, comprising indoor and outdoor heated pools, a bracing eco-pool naturally filtered by lilies, a sauna, steam room, gym and spa treatments (treatments extra, by arrangement). Other on-site facilities include two hard tennis courts, canoe hire, bike hire, children’s play areas, football nets, a restaurant and so much more. The wonderful countryside of the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, such as Cheltenham, Bath, Oxford and beyond, are all within easy reach, making Lower Mill Estate an ideal spot for exploring and adventure. Shop, pub and restaurant on-site.

The low deposit payable under this offer is £20. 4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more. 5. The difference between the £20 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
