Living area/sun room: With 32’’ Freeview TV with Amazon Fire TV stick, beams and wooden floor.
Kitchen/dining room/bedroom: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, double bed, single sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and wooden floor.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas underfloor central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair available on request. Enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: The garden is accessed from the driveway, not directly from the house.

These two lovely holiday properties, each with a private hot tub, are situated within the little village of Cross Inn with a village pub and two village shops, just 2 miles from the delightful, seaside town of New Quay and the glorious Ceredigion coastline.
The former Methodist Penuel Chapel (ref UK6561), dating back to 1872, has been converted into holiday accommodation yet retains many original features. The kitchen/dining area is a lovely social space to gather while cooking and dining, and leads to the enclosed garden. The ‘pièce de résistance ’ though is the first floor living area, accessed via a beautiful, solid oak staircase. It has a stunning, curved vaulted ceiling, and pitch pine timbers. The feature angel wings have been made especially for the living room, and set off the décor perfectly. For guests who prefer to pre-order their shopping and have it delivered, the owners are happy to receive an order on your behalf on your day of arrival and put away your shopping before you arrive – subject to prior arrangement with the owners.
Detached The Little Chapel House next door (ref UK6562) was originally built for, and used by, The Chapel, and is a cute holiday home for two. The open plan kitchen and dining space (with no freezer and washing machine) is partially screened from the bedroom area which has a double bed, and a single sofa bed for alternative use. To the front of The Chapel House is a sun room with exposed roof trusses, comfortable chairs and TV. There is also an enclosed garden accessed via a gate from the driveway.
There are lovely sandy beaches just a few minutes’ drive away, and if you are bringing your pet, there are several beaches along Cardigan Bay that accept dogs all year round. The pretty town of New Quay clings to the rocks above glistening Cardigan Bay, and there is a variety of eateries and pubs, along with individual seaside shops. Take a stroll along the harbour and try and spot the resident pods of bottlenose dolphins that can be seen almost daily, and also boat trips will take you out into the bay to spot them and other wildlife including seals. The Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Visitor Centre in New Quay is worth a visit.
A little further afield is Aberaeron, a colourful Georgian harbour town, Aberystwyth with its pier, promenade and cliff railway, and Cardigan, sitting on the mouth of the Teifi estuary and with a fascinating café. In the summer, there is a ’pizza tipi’ by the estuary where you can often listen to live music whilst you smell your pizza cooking!
Walkers, cyclists, wildlife enthusiasts or those who prefer more extreme sports are well catered for, and you can literally lose yourself in the wild undisturbed landscape of hills, mountains and forests. There are 60 miles of coastal path, and even walking a small section of it is a fantastic way to see this beautiful part of west Wales. Whatever you decide to do with your days The Chapel and The Little Chapel House will be the perfect spot for you to come back to each day and relax. Beach 2 miles. Shop 20 yards, pub and restaurant 30 yards.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
