The Garden Flat has been well thought out and intelligently developed, creating wonderful spaces, and enabling plenty of light to penetrate into the apartment. This property has a private entrance approached by a few steps, it oozes character, from quirky décor sourced from the local area and a good quality finish which creates a truly boutique property. Double doors from the living area lead to a secluded patio garden with planted borders, garden furniture provided, ideal for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing.
Why not get lost in the history that 1066 Country has to offer, including the historic Battle Abbey. Visit the Old Town which still continues to be renowned for its fishing with unusual beach-launched fishing boats where you can buy freshly landed fish. The St Clements caves in the cliffs, which made life easy for smugglers in the 1800’s, can now be discovered for yourself at Smugglers Adventure in Hastings.
The town is full of energy both day and night. St Leonards seafront has cafes, galleries and retro shopping in the famous Art Deco Marine Court building and streets nearby. Along the long promenade from St Leonards to Hastings Old Town you can never get bored - mini golf, the amusement arcades, East and West hill cliffs, the pier and museums are only a handful of things to do. You can also experience a vast selection of pubs and restaurants throughout the Old Town, catering to all tastes along the way. The Priory Meadow Shopping centre and cinema also ensure all age groups can keep busy and experience new things. Beach ¾ mile. Shop 400 yards, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

    Lovely quirky retro one bedroom flat. The courtyard garden was an added bonus. Beautifully decorated, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. freesat tv in living room and bedroom. The owners had thoughtfully printed out channel numbers in a folder, together with a very informative local map highlighting supermarkets and restaurants. Lovely relaxing and comfortable stay. would love to return. Pam&Andy
