Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Lawned garden with sitting-out-area and summerhouse (shared with owner). Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: No children under 11 years old.

The Garden Flat, is a one-bedroom apartment annex that is accessed through a private entrance. It’s been designed with decadence in mind.
All set on the ground floor, the master bedroom has a super kingsize bed with high quality Egyptian cotton bed linen for the ultimate nights slumber along with an in-room bathtub. Slip straight out of bed and plunge yourself straight into your bathtub of dreams, maybe read a good book, sip your coffee to the sounds of tweeting birds, or simply just enjoy some you time with some aromatic bubbles with views of the manicured garden. There is a separate en-suite shower room and toilet for guest convenience also. There is also a top-quality double sofa bed in the living room for two additional guests. An open plan living and kitchen area makes for a bright and spacious living quarter. In addition is a dining area with seating up to four. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge. Malvern Spring water is also supplied for drinking on arrival - fresh from local Malvern Springs! If adventure is on the agenda, a separate utility room/drying room is found just off the kitchen for those wet coats from walking on the hills, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board and a small freezer.
Your wonderful retreat sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Malvern Hills form a 9 mile range of ancient rock, which offers 100 miles of footpaths and bridleways with natural springs and spectacular views in all directions; there is so much to discover. The Garden Flat is just a short 10 minute walk into Great Malvern’s bustling town centre where you can discover many independent shops, pubs, coffee shops, bars and a choice of restaurants, as well as the renowned Malvern Theatre/Cinema, art galleries and a luxurious spa for some relax and reoperation. A little further but within easy reach are several National Trust properties, gardens and vineyards are within easy reach, including Croome, which has Capability Browne’s first ever garden.
There are some fabulous events and festivals that shouldn’t be missed, you will be just a short drive to the Three Counties Showground which hosts regular events – most notably RHS Malvern, The Royal Three Counties Show and the Malvern Autumn Show. Easy access to the M5 and M50 motorways brings other places within reach: Cheltenham Spa, Monmouth and the Forest of Dean. Convenient rail and bus links enable days out without a car. However, you choose to spend your time, The Garden Flat will be sure not to disappoint.

The low deposit payable under this offer is £20. 4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more. 5. The difference between the £20 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
