Should you manage to tear yourself away, within a few minutes’ walk is the leisure complex with indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym (passes can be purchased for use) and three venues for eating and/or drinking.
This delightful lodge is peacefully nestled in the inclusive holiday park of Tydd St Giles Golf & Country Club, comprising 150 acres in the Cambridgeshire Fens, close to the Norfolk border. Boasting an 18-hole golf course, where guests are invited to play (daily charges apply), a stunning lake which provides good fishing, with steps leading down to the enhanced, private ‘fishing dock’ and lakeside access.
The Norfolk coastline with soft sandy beaches, traditional seaside attractions, RSPB bird and nature reserves, stately homes and gardens, including the Royal residence, Sandringham Estate, open to the public when the Royals are in non residence, just circa 40 minutes’ drive away. You will quickly see why so many people come and explore this wonderful area!
