The lodge is situated on the Worcestershire Way, Geopark Trail and is also close to the Severn Way. The ancient woodland of the Wyre Forest is 10 minutes by car offering guests even more opportunity to witness the beautiful scenery of the Worcestershire and Shropshire borders. The historic, Georgian town of Bewdley is only a short drive away and is the perfect location for guests to enjoy a leisurely lunch or spot of afternoon tea in one of the many riverside cafés and restaurants. The excellent Severn Valley Steam Railway is only 2 miles from Stourport, this historic line joins Kidderminster to Bridgnorth via Bewdley and is a novel way to see the sights. Other local destinations include the impressive Witley Court with baroque church and tea rooms, also Astley Vineyard where visitors can taste the wines.
