Bedroom: With double bed and wooden floor.
Shower room: With walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail and tiled floor.

Electric central heating (underfloor in shower room), electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. External games room with pool table and table tennis (shared).

Large lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. 200-acre natural grounds with woodland (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

Set in 200 acres of farmland with a pretty tumbling burn running alongside, and situated on a no through road that leads away into the hills, The Bothy will appeal to country lovers and wildlife enthusiasts in particular. Deer, snipe, curlew, herons and a wide variety of other birds including a resident woodpecker can be spotted close by. With 200 acres of gardens and grounds, it provides total seclusion whilst being easily accessible for exploring the whole of this fascinating area and historic region. These grounds are shared with the owner and one other property, which can be rented alongside The Bothy.
The owners have taken much time and consideration in making this detached property a welcoming and comfortable home. With one bedroom, The Bothy is best suited to couple who love to explore the outdoors and enjoy nature. A tastefully decorated living room benefits from a wood burner which gives the property a wonderful warm feeling throughout. A morning coffee can be enjoyed in the outdoor patio area, listening to the sounds of nature. The Bothy provides a lovely retreat after a day exploring this diverse area of Scotland.
The local town of Keith is a short drive away and will provide all the amenities you could require for your stay. It is also home to cafés and restaurants for when you want to enjoy some local Scottish cuisine. Keith is very well placed as a stop on the famous Speyside Whisky Trail. With many distilleries set in this beautiful area, you will be spoilt for choice.
Golf lovers will also rejoice with many golf courses nearby, including Keith, Cullen, Spey Bay and Dufftown. The lovely Scottish beaches can be reached easily, with Lossiemouth approximately 23 miles and Spey Bay 15 miles away.
The larger cities of both Aberdeen and Elgin are around an hour’s drive away and provide an array of activities and attractions. Beach 15 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 4½ miles.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
