Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. External utility room with freezer and washer/dryer. Welcome pack.

Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Ample parking. One pet welcome at £25pw, to be kept on a lead at all times - farmland. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in grounds.

Located in the foothills of the Pennines, this cleverly designed, detached conversion of a hayloft and stables, with its own private garden, has a first floor living room offering stunning countryside views. Set within the owners’ grounds, The Barn is ideally located close to some of Cheshire and Derbyshire’s finest countryside with a range of walks through fields, woods and wild moorland direct from the door, and makes an ideal base from which to explore the lovely Peak District National Park. The local village of Marple Bridge and the nearby small town of Marple offer a wide selection of shops, restaurants and recreational facilities, together with a regular direct train service to Manchester city centre. Cycle trails such as the Middlewood Way and Sett Valley are both within 3 miles, Lyme Park, 5 miles, and popular tourist attractions such as Buxton, Edale and Castleton can be easily reached within a ½-hour drive. Golf and horse riding nearby. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
