This well presented, terraced picturesque property dating from the 1850’s is set back from the village road, conveniently located for the local shop and a vast array of eateries, including a good pub. Great Eccleston has a real community feel. This is a friendly village and is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy scenic walks and sightseeing in this area.

Set over two levels, you enter into the hallway which still contains the original tiled flooring. To the left is an easily accessible, ground floor double bedroom with feature fireplace. Alternatively, trains run from Poulton-le-Fylde to Blackpool, Manchester and Preston. Blackpool, whose many attractions include the famous Blackpool Tower, Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre, Madame Tussauds, Blackpool Zoo and Sandcastle Water Park, is just 8 miles away. Not to forget, the famous five championship golf courses and annual proms of Lytham St. Annes are within easy reach. Beach 9½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 110 yards.
