Really warm, a great shower, well laid out property in a lovely rural location. However, the property feels a bit neglected and needs a bit of love. The beds were really uncomfortable and lots of things didn't really work properly. You also can't drink the water directly from the tap, it needs to be boiled first, or get some bottled water, this is not clearly explained in the info on the Welcome Cottage website, it's not a problem, but would have been handy to know before hand.

Lovely secluded cottage with great views down the glen. Very warm with a good hot shower. Comfortable and clean. Note, no WiFi or Mbl phone reception - so great for a digital detox ??. Satellite TV available. Very near Benmore gardens and not far from Dunoon and the ferry. Our dog enjoyed his stay too.
