Spring Farm was originally built in 1680 and was owned by the farmer who looked after the entire land, before later selling off the land and properties on the farm separately. This stunning Grade II listed home is situated in the quaint village of Horsmonden. You will experience the property’s charming original character throughout, with gorgeous wooden beams in most rooms, feature fireplaces and sloping wooden floors. The open plan living space is a fabulous place to socialise with family and friends; bi-fold doors lead out to the large garden and in front of the open fire is a romantic spot for curling up on the sofa. Three beautifully dressed bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests and the bathroom on the first floor, has the added luxury of a roll-top bath. Although not entirely en-suite, a landing door can be closed to give private access to the bathroom from bedroom 1.

Within a short stroll around this rural village you will find the local village store and traditional pub serving food. For those looking for a wider variety of amenities, Tunbridge Wells is a historical town, with The Pantiles offering restaurants, bars and shops. This is a fabulous spot for those wanting to visit the many castles and grounds in Kent, with Sissinghurst Castle, Scotney Castle, Bodiam Castle and Penshurst Place. Beach 25 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
