Sorrel House is a uniquely designed, detached property and offers spectacular lakeside views. It is located on the Lower Mill Estate in Somerford Keynes, a development of stunning, contemporary homes situated in a private 450-acre natural reserve. The gated and managed estate comprises woodland and meadows crossed by three rivers and surrounded by serene lakes. The property is set over three floors, with the open plan living space, complete with cosy wood burner, located on the top floor. There are five bedrooms, some of which boast en-suite facilities and lead out onto balconies overlooking the lake.
In addition to the property’s facilities, guests can enjoy the estate’s ArtSpa comprising indoor and outdoor heated pools, eco-pool, sauna, steam room, gym and treatments available by arrangement. On the estate there are tennis courts, nature trails, cycle tracks, a playground, equipment hire and a bar/restaurant with small farm shop. Shop and restaurant 550 yards, pub 1¼ miles.

The low deposit payable under this offer is £20. 4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more. 5. The difference between the £20 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
