The upside down accommodation has electric instant heating and comprises:
Rear level entrance into open plan living space: Freeview, TV/DVD and Dining area.
Kitchen Area: Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and Fridge.
Shared Laundry Area: Freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Lower Ground Floor:
Bedroom 1: King size bed with colour TV and en-suite luxury shower room with under floor heating, shower cubicle, hand basin, WC, touch mirror and heated towel rail.

All electric, bed linen and towels are provided. Cot and high chair available. Wi-Fi access available.

Nestling in the shadow of historic Selside Hall, built in the 13th Century, transformation of this former farm building has been a true labour of love by the owner and his small team of craftsmen. Just a short drive from the medieval market town of Kendal, a mere 15 minute drive from Windermere and Bowness and a short walk to the delightful Longsleddale, Thomasin makes a super base for exploring the South Lakes with the Eden Valley and Dales easily accessible.
Dedication, attention to detail and great styling have resulted in a charming, romantic hideaway with much use of solid oak and other natural materials throughout. The cosy open plan living space offers all you will need to fully self-cater whilst the hotel quality bedroom with luxurious en-suite on the lower ground floor offers a quality bed dressed with sumptuous linens to ensure a good night’s rest. Shops, restaurant and pub 3½ miles.

    The cottage is in a gentle farming landscape on the edge of the Lake District and offers a very comfortable haven. It is warm, quiet, cosy, very clean, well equipped and ideal for a couple retreat.
