Living room: With electric wood burner, Smart TV with Netflix and sound system.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2:
With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With bunk bed.

Air source central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair.

Small patio with garden furniture (shared with ref. UK3114). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.

Situated very close to the harbour in the traditional fishing village of Seahouses, Sandy Toes is a beautifully presented, terraced holiday cottage that oozes style and charm. The lovely living area has a large electric wood burner ensuring a cosy welcome awaits you regardless of the weather. Seahouses offers a wide array of facilities including tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and shops all within a gentle stroll from Sandy Toes. Boat trips run from the nearby harbour to the Farne Islands, famous for their nesting seabirds and grey seal colonies. The picture postcard village of Bamburgh, protected by its dramatic fortress, is just 2 miles north with its wide expanse of golden sandy beaches. The tidal island of Lindisfarne, known locally as Holy Island, can also be viewed from here.
Steeped in history, Waren Mill is a further 2 miles up the coastline. Once an important port, its harbour has long since disappeared, silted up beneath the sands of the estuary. The bird sanctuary at Budle Bay is home to thousands of sea and land birds at low tide when there is a vast expanse of mudflats, making this the perfect location for birdwatchers. The market town of Alnwick is a few miles inland and has a castle and many facilities. Alnwick Garden, a popular visitor attraction, is well worth a visit with its grande cascade waterfall and restaurant within the largest tree house in Europe. Horse riding is available on the edge of the village and there is an impressive golf course on the links close by. Beach 200 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
Sandy Toes (UK3111) can be booked together with Salty Kisses Cottage (UK3114) to accommodate up to 12 guests.

The low deposit payable under this offer is £20. 4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more. 5. The difference between the £20 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
