Sandunes is a mid terrace cottage which has undergone extensive renovations whilst being sympathetic and retaining original features and character. Enjoy early morning walks on South Beach, building sandcastles, sunbathing or just relaxing, you have a choice of four beaches from your doorstep! Take a stroll around the medieval cobbled streets taking in galleries and head down to the harbour where you can watch boats coming and going. Why not take a boat trip fishing, wildlife watching or to Caldey Island home to the Cistercian monks?

Sandunes offers the perfect space to enjoy quality time away with friends and family alike. The bright and airy open plan living space leads through the French doors to the stunning south facing courtyard - a real sun trap! On an evening, you may want to dine al fresco with a barbecue then retire to the living room with a movie, light up the log burner and relax those muscles with a glass of wine. The spacious shaker-style kitchen is well equipped and a joy to use, with a high quality of decoration throughout. Each bedroom offers plenty of space with open vaulted ceilings and original exposed beams retaining its character. Each room has been lovingly furnished to a very high standard, and the property also has the added bonus of a ground floor bedroom with en-suite facilities.

For those keen golfers you can try out Tenby Golf Course or Trefloyne Golf Course, only a few minutes away. The pretty holiday village of Saundersfoot, with is beautiful beaches and stunning harbour, is close by with Coppet Hall, Wiseman’s Bridge and Amroth all within a 15-minute drive along this stunning coastline. Locally there are a selection of family attractions all within a short drive, including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Manor House Wildlife Park. Beach 300 yards. Shop 30 yards, pub and restaurant 250 yards.

    We stayed as a family of 7 including 5 adults and two children including a 6 month old baby. It can be daunting taking a baby on holiday, but everything went perfectly well at this holiday home. The travel cot and high chair were a great help for the week. The baby liked the open plan so that he could move about in a walker. The house was spotlessly clean and immaculately presented. It also holds the heat well so we found it warm even on cooler days. The garden courtyard gets the sun all day so if you have a lazy day planned it’s lovely outside for an Al fresco lunch (but beware of seagulls lurking on the roof tops). Couldn’t have asked for more. Parking doesn’t deserve a mention for us really as it doesn’t effect the property and what it has to offer, don’t let it put you off booking as it’s simple enough and cheap enough to park. We would return if we ever decided to holiday in Tenby again, to this lovely accommodation.
