Sanctuary Cottage is a beautiful property and a much-loved holiday let situated in St Clement very close to the city of Truro. Set in a stunning location with views of the Tresillian River this cottage is an amazing space to relax both inside and out. The owners have lavished attention on this property with a fine eye for details from the light fittings to the artwork on the walls.
Boasting three bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed feeling. Sit in the lounge and enjoy the view from the picture window or enjoy spending time outside where there is a permanent gazebo for guests to use. The cottage boasts plenty of amenities form the integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and oven as well as a coffee machine, microwave and everything that you would expect from a property of this quality. There is also superfast Wi-Fi, Smart TV and an electric vehicle charge point. Spaced across three stories the ground floor contains a generous kitchen diner with a door out to the garden as well as a combination WC and utility room containing a washer/dryer. The first floor has the lounge with access to the first single bedroom.
Upstairs on the second floor is the master bedroom with a kingsize bed and a twin room with two standard single beds. The family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower over bath and all modern fittings. The garden has plenty of space for guests, a gazebo with gas barbeque and pizza oven as well as a picturesque free flowing pond. Enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside with riverside walks, good quality pubs and restaurants.
There are numerous beaches easily reached by car as well as good road links to other places of interest such as the Eden Project in St Austell and the Roseland Peninsula. Truro city centre is a short drive away with shopping, theatre and supermarkets all easily accessible. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more comfortable. Beach 7 miles. Pub and restaurant 2¼ miles.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
