Royal Bay View is a beautiful family holiday home offering spacious living space over three floors. The ground floor offers a large living room with wood burner and sea views, and there is a separate dining room and kitchen. The first floor has a wonderfully decorated master bedroom, bunk bed room and family bathroom. On the second floor is a further double bedroom and a shower room.

Grange-over-Sands has retained the old-fashioned feel of a time gone by, with classic tea shops, cafés, family-run shops and restaurants in the town centre. Grange-over-Sands is perfect for days out along the coast and around the Cumbrian peninsula, as a gateway to the Lakes you can be in the heart of the Lake District National Park in no time to explore the beautiful resorts and attractions! Close by, the village of Cartmel is a picture-postcard Lakeland village. Sticky toffee pudding is its very own speciality and can be found in the village shops. For a fine dining experience, the village is home to the Michelin-starred restaurant, L’Enclume, which is acclaimed as one of the best in the country and would require forward booking.

    A good location for touring the southern lakes. Initial problems with the central heating as guests have no control over the system. Adriana sorted this by letting me have control of the thermostat. The hot water supply to the first floor bathroom is an acquired skill - the temperature of the water in the shower can go from hot to freezing in an instant unless the pressure is turned right up. Having said that we enjoyed our stay very much

    Hi Nick, Thanks for your feedbacks and indeed there is always room for improvement. The thermostat will be accessible to guests from now, there are also two stoves and extra blankets to keep everybody warm over the colder months.
