Set over two floors, it provides cosy accommodation on a farm setting for a family or couples looking to explore the area. The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan living space with kitchen, living and dining areas, plus a downstairs toilet. On the first floor there is a family bathroom, with bath and separate shower. On this floor there you’ll also find the property’s two pleasing bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom and a twin room. Outside there is an enclosed cottage courtyard with seating area and a barbecue, a lovely spot for relaxing with your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Use of a shared hot tub is available, with views over rolling countryside and the coast line including Scarborough Castle.
There’s the very useful facility of a drying room with private lockers for airing swimming costumes and beach towels, plus a dog shower for washing salt and sand off your pet’s coat. Why not bring your bike, which can be stored in the dedicated bike storage and maintenance facility.
The on-site farm shop is wonderful and sells quality local produce from cheeses and bread, to deli and savoury snacks, as well as lovely gifts and a café to enjoy scones with cream, or bacon sandwiches for breakfast that can be delivered to your cottage!
