Riviera View is a one-bedroom apartment which enjoys panoramic views across Tor Bay and towards the harbour. The property forms part of a small development situated on the first and second floors and is ideally positioned to capture the views and sunshine from the coast and beyond. Based within a quiet and desirable part of Torquay although conveniently just a 5-minute walk to the harbour and a 10-minute walk into town.
Entering the property up the stairs will lead you up to the front door where you will head into a small landing area on the second floor. Leading off this is the double bedroom which showcases beautiful sea views and the bathroom which is fitted with both a bath and a shower. Stepping down into to the large open plan kitchen, living and dining area you’ll find far-reaching views and plenty of seating. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances needed to prepare a home-cooked meal, along with a large island worktop, and the living area has a TV and a telescope for guests to use. Discover the tiered garden at the back of the apartment which has steps and a steep sloped path leading you to the different lawned and patio areas.
This beautiful holiday home is just a short walk to the town centre and seafront where you will find an array of shops, restaurants and independent cafés serving excellent coffee and fresh local fare. There are also many attractions nearby, including Kent’s Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Torquay Museum. View the coast from a different perspective by enjoying a scenic ferry crossing to the neighbouring towns of Paignton and Brixham or taking a fishing trip. For those who like to keep their feet on firm ground, the South West Coastal Path is a firm favourite with its fantastic scenery and is within walking distance. Beach ¼ mile. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
