Riscombe Farm Cottages are a complex of four cottages ranging in size and offers you quality dog friendly, accommodation with character in the centre of glorious Exmoor National Park, straddling Devon and Somerset. The farm is over 300 years old and is in a peaceful, relaxing location beside the River Exe, near the village of Exford with its wonderful pubs and local stores, and only a short drive to the spectacular coast. There is also stabling available should you wish to bring your horse and trek over the moor (£10 per horse per night).

Bracken Cottage (UKC4702) is an upside-down character cottage, sleeping up to 5 people in two ground floor bedrooms, the bathroom is also downstairs with a full-size bath and shower cubicle. Upstairs, under the exposed beams, is the spacious living/dining room has a large dining table and a separate kitchen area. Fern Cottage (UKC4703) is all on one level and sleeps up to four in two bedrooms, comprising a double and a twin. There is a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom. Being all on one level, Fern Cottage has no steps and parking is available outside the door, so is perfect for those with limited mobility. Gorse Cottage (UKC4704) is a wonderful, couples retreat. There is a double room adjacent to a bathroom with a power shower over the bath, while downstairs is a cosy open plan living space. The cottage also has a fully enclosed stone porch, a good place to keep outdoor clothing and boots out of the cottage, and to wipe the dog down! Heather Cottage (UKC4705) has its bedrooms downstairs, comprising a double and 2 twins. Upstairs, under the exposed beams, is the open plan living space. The Kitchen has everything you should need to cook up a storm. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.

The cottages all have wood burners, and all have access to a games room with pool table, table football and darts plus a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also stabling available should you wish to bring your horse and trek over the moor!
