There are 7 steps to verandah and direct access to a lake, 300 yards away.

They look out over fields and valleys located around the beautiful Blackdown Hills, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just 4 miles from Honiton. Furnished to a very good standard, these cosy properties offer underfloor heating throughout, and two offer a convenient wet room. The charming living rooms lead onto raised decked areas with fabulous views across the valley, and all properties have access to the on-site lake. The bedrooms feature the owner’s famous Southdown wool duvet and pillow range with Egyptian cotton linen, so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep.
The grounds and local footpaths allow visitors to experience the delights of the area’s wildlife, whilst the cathedral city of Exeter, the Devon and Dorset Heritage Coast and the wilds of Exmoor National Park are all less than an hour away. With a good selection of activities including their own fishing lake and golf within 7 miles, these perfect holiday homes are ideally placed for taking full advantage of this beautiful part of Devon.
