Cornwall Gold in Portreath is only a couple of miles away and has a lot of activities appealing to all ages, from discovering how tin ore was mined to catching an oyster. Stithians Lake is a popular water sports centre where you can hire equipment and book lessons. It is just over 6 miles away with a pub and café and makes a great day out.
