Dating back to the 1700s, Parsley Cottage is a beautiful stone built terraced cottage, complete with original mullion windows and full of charm. Perfect for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of life, the quirky interior has been dressed with wonderful furnishings, enhancing the traditional features such as the insulated stone flag flooring and beamed ceiling. You’ll find a wood burner in the cosy living room, perfect for that extra touch of warmth in the chillier winter months. Antique, Tibetan double doors lead to the kitchen/dining room, and during the long summer days you can really bring the outside in. There are bi-folding doors that open out from the kitchen/dining room onto a decked area, with a step down to tha further outside dining area with table, four chairs and a large parasol.
Located on a quiet lane on the outskirts of Colne, you’re on the doorstep of stunning countryside, popular with both walkers and cyclists alike. Colne itself offers an exceptional variety of trendy independent businesses, and there’s also a real foodie element to the town with many great eateries. Located on the border of both Lancashire and Yorkshire, you are surrounded by the Pennines. Haworth and Brontë Country is just 9 miles away and the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are all within 30 minutes. Just over an hour’s drive will take you to the beautiful Lake District National Park, or for those who prefer a coastal landscape, there is the Fylde Coast with popular resorts such as Blackpool and Lytham St Annes. Cyclists can ride the ’Tour de Yorkshire’ route around Haworth and Hebden Bridge, or mountain bike in Gisburn Forest and the Trough of Bowland. Excellent fly fishing can be found in nearby Lothersdale. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
