This stone cottage is situated in a cul de sac, in the perfect location to explore nearby attractions and is only a 15-minute drive to the coastline, with dramatic clifftops and many beaches and coves to discover. No 3 has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard to ensure each guest is both delighted and charmed. With quirky features and personal touches, this is a stay to remember. The inviting living room has comfortable seating for the family around the 50 inch Smart TV which benefits from having the Sky Sports package, ensuring that you have plenty of entertainment in an evening as you unwind from a busy day exploring. Stepping into the open plan kitchen with dining area, you are welcomed with large glass doors opening out into the most incredible garden.
You have the option to eat inside at the dining table or to enjoy the sunshine outside in this south facing suntrap. For the coffee lovers there is nothing like starting your day with a freshly brewed mug from the 1950’s restored diner, complete with a coffee machine. Outside you have a covered seating area in the timber pavilion and a top of the range luxury Jacuzzi seating six. Time spent in the enclosed garden can slip away with ease, much like a good bottle of wine. Unwind in tranquil luxury, perfect for carefree days with the ones you love. This property is a great choice for both friends and families. Every little detail has been considered, with complementary robes, slippers and toiletries. There is also a refreshing outside solar shower in the summer time. Upstairs you have two double bedrooms, the master has a king sized bed and an en-suite shower and both have plenty of storage for your belongings. The third bedroom has a Mickey Mouse theme, sure to inspire and excite younger family members, with two singles, one is a roll out from under the first bed. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over, giving you the option of a relaxing soak or a steaming shower to end your day.
In the village you have a choice of places to eat including an Italian and a Chinese restaurant, a local bakery, two popular pubs which serve delicious home cooked hearty meals and a shop for your groceries. Start your day with freshly laid eggs from the farm at the end of the road, before having a leisurely stroll around the village and mingling with the locals at the friendly pub. Nearby there are many attractions from which to choose, including the historic town of Beverley with its beautiful Minster and a bustling market every Wednesday and Saturday. Nearby stately homes include Burton Constable Hall, Burton Agnes Hall, Sewerby Hall with its museum and grounds as well as Wassand House and Gardens. There are many beautiful nature reserves which are popular both with bird watchers and walkers, including Bempton Cliffs, Hornsea Mere, Leven Wetlands, Top Hill Low and North Cave Wetlands. On the coast you have Hornsea, Bridlington and Flamborough with its iconic lighthouse, and all are just a short drive away or can be reached by a bus service from the end of the road. Beach 8 miles. Shop 500 yards, 2 great pubs, a Chinese, Italian and Fish & Chip shop nearby, along with a bakers and Post Office. All within a 10 minute walk so why not leave the care, have a wander, you’ll love our village.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason.
