Set in its own large enclosed gardens and with the owner living adjacent, Ludd Farm is ideal for those looking for space to get together for your annual holiday or as a weekend getaway to celebrate a special occasion. Its boasts a generous amount of living space, a large kitchen and 5 comfortable bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, and it also has the added bonus of a private hot tub in the garden. The house is a short distance from Ivybridge, 1½ miles, which has a good range of shops and local amenities.
Dartmoor National Park is on the edge of Ivybridge. Dartmoor offers walking for all abilities and has some stunning views and sceney which can be seen either on foot or by car. The house is ideally located in the countryside, yet within easy access of all main routes. The city of Plymouth with its vibrant shopping centre, aquarium, historic Barbican area and Plymouth Hoe is just a short drive away. Totnes, a handsome market town in the South Hams, is easily reached and river cruises can be taken from here down to Dartmouth during the summer months. Head down to the coast where there are many villages and towns including Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Noss Mayo and Dartmouth, all with their own charm and attractions. Bird watching, horse riding, golf and fishing can all be found locally. Beach 6 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately. 6.
