Bedroom 4: With double bed, sea views and Jack & Jill access to the shower room shared with bedroom 3.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. Accessed via bedrooms 3 & 4.

Locomotion is a luxurious and spacious four-bedroom holiday home located on the seafront in the beautiful coastal town of Sidmouth. Showcasing sea views from the living room and two of the bedrooms, four floors with plenty of space for eight guests, a courtyard garden and just a few seconds walk away from the beach, this grade II listed property really is a perfect seaside holiday for a family or a group of friends.
As you enter the property, head into the spacious open plan kitchen/dining area which is fully equipped with an array of essential appliances. After a fun-filled day exploring the coastline, gather your friends and family around the large oak dining table for a celebratory homecooked meal with the woorburner lit in the background making the space cosy and inviting. Heading upstairs to the first floor, a beautiful and bright living room awaits with comfortable sofas, two smart TV’s with freeview, Xbox and a fireplace with a wood burner. Guests can enjoy stunning views towards Peak Hill and out to sea across the esplanade. Just across the landing area is the first bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor, there is the second bedroom with a kingsize bed, Smart TV with Freeview, bluetooth speaker and beautiful sea views. Next door is the large family bathroom which is fitted with a bathtub, shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet, wash basin and a TV with Freeview, offering the choice of a refreshing shower or a relaxing soak whilst watching your favourite show. The third floor features two further bedrooms sharing Jack & Jill access to the shower room. The first bedroom has twin beds looking out towards the back of the property and the second has a double bed and sea views.
Step outside and you are within walking distance of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and the tranquil beach with its long and level esplanade. Stroll along taking in the beautiful views of the Jurassic Coastline which stretches for 95 miles and has over 185 million years of history. Towards the western end, the beach rises to a sandstone promontory where you can find Jacobs Ladder and Connaught Gardens, separating the esplanade from the Western Beach. The town and the seafront offer a wide range of sporting activities, while quiet serenity can be enjoyed in the towns parks and gardens. Sidmouth offers a variety of interests to all visitors - young and old alike. Most of the surrounding countryside has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or is owned by the National Trust. Sidmouth town is within easy reach of many attractions including the cathedral city of Exeter, Dartmoor National Park, and The Eden Project. Local attractions are Crealy Family Adventure Park, World of Country Life at Exmouth, and Sidmouth’s world famous donkey sanctuary.
