Llwyn Iestyn is the perfect spot for discovering this beautiful part of Ceredigion, nestled within the idyllic rural hamlet of Rhydlewis, midway between the market towns of Llandysul, Newcastle Emlyn and Cardigan. This contemporary stone cottage offers the perfect base for family holidays and only 15-minute drive away is the sublime north Cardigan Bay coastline with a plethora of beaches and coves. With Penbryn, Llangranog, New Quay and Tresaith all nearby, and really worth a visit for building sandcastles, fishing, kayaking, swimming or a relaxing stroll. Llwyn Iestyn is home to a large number of red kites and buzzards that glide effortlessly overhead and really are a lovely sight.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area offers the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day sightseeing, through the French doors you can take in the evening sunshine on your patio area overlooking the sweeping lawns, whilst listening to the babbling brook at the bottom of the garden. Here you can sit around the firepit with a glass of wine, pure bliss. Both bedrooms have been lovingly furnished to offer a great night’s sleep.
Enjoy a family day out in New Quay where you can enjoy some lunch in one of the many traditional Welsh pubs, followed by a dolphin watching boat trip from the harbour, here you can spot dolphins, grey seals and a plethora of birdlife. Travelling inland, visit the magnificent Cenarth Falls where salmon can be seen leaping up through water and this is also the ideal spot to enjoy a cream tea, followed by some retail therapy in Newcaslte Emlyn. Beach 5 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
