Ty Ceiniog (Penny House), named after the cat who used the barns as a hiding place before the building works, has been converted from a range of old barns, with a tiled floor, underfloor heating and a large open plan living/dining and kitchen space, which leads directly to a delightful patio garden via the French doors from the living area. You will find this especially handy if you are bringing your pet on holiday as it is fully enclosed. Upstairs is the family bathroom and a bedroom with a kingsize bed and TV, and a twin bedroom which can also be made up with the zip and link option to another kingsize bed. The barbecue in the garden supplied initial charcoal for your first use.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a TV and a family bathroom. The staircase to the second floor leads directly into a further twin bedroom.

Take a stroll down to the harbour and sit on the wall and look out for bottlenose dolphins – they are almost daily visitors to these parts. You can take a boat trip if you want try and see them and lots of other fascinating wildlife including porpoises and Atlantic grey seals. The beaches are long, soft and sandy, so kick off your shoes and take a walk or have a go at crab fishing.
