This first floor apartment sits within a Georgian listed building and offers a large open-plan living space. It is within a few minutes’ walk of the beach, cafés and restaurants. This period property with tall ceilings and designer finishing is a warm and modern holiday escape for couples or families.
The interior has been completely renovated in 2021, it features a magnificent spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area, ideal for couples or a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and even has a Nespresso coffee machine and Alexa. The apartment sleeps four in total, offering one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Visitors with one small dog are very welcome and a comfy dog bed and dog bowls are provided along with a small welcome basket for your dog. Dogs are allowed on the majority of Littlehampton beaches.
A 5-minute walk along the seafront from the apartment is the newly built ‘wave’ indoor swimming and gym complex which is open to the public. There is also a public par 3 golf course within a 5-minute walk. There are tennis courts within a 2-minute walk that can be rented by the hour, as well as mini golf and a children’s park. Whether you’re looking for quiet walks along the long sandy beach, or fun and games at an adventure park, Littlehampton has plenty to offer.
Direct trains run from London to Littlehampton and the apartment is a 15-minute walk from the station. Littlehampton is the ideal base from which to discover the South Downs and coast. Less than a 30-minute drive up the road you’ll discover the historic medieval towns of Chichester and Arundel. Littlehampton’s beach has been frequently praised as one of the ‘country’s undiscovered gems’ and has been awarded a Blue Flag. Beach 170 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 170 yards.

    Great position, easy access to kids playing area and the beach, grandkids loved that.Walk along the promenade to the amusements one way and into Rustington the other way.Good starting point if you want to research other areas along the south coast.
