This warm and comfortable second floor apartment is in a prime location in the heart of Perth’s cultural centre. Opposite the famous St John’s Kirk and across from the new museum, this is a great choice if you are looking for convenience and easy access to good restaurants, shopping and theatre. Despite its central location, the property is a quiet base for relaxing in after a day or evening out. Furnished with flair and relaxation in mind, there is a well-equipped kitchen, although there are plenty of eateries nearby if you don’t fancy cooking. The living room is equipped with comfortable seating and Smart TV and the bedroom has a kingsize bed for a restful sleep.
Ideally located for those who wish to travel by train, the station is within easy reach and the public transport makes it easy to get around. Perth is well known as the Fair City; on the banks of the River Tay it has a wealth of shops, good eating places and many recreational facilities including swimming, skating, cinema and theatre as well as golf courses, good walks along the River Tay and on the Inches. Visit Scone Palace or enjoy a flutter at Perth races.
Further afield there are ample opportunities for hill walking and skiing or tour local areas such as St Andrews, the East Neuk of Fife, the Highlands and Edinburgh. Golfers, cyclists, anglers and walkers are well catered for as well as those who enjoy history and culture. For a change of scene, the cities of Edinburgh, Dundee and Glasgow can all be reached within an hour and a half.

    The location of the flat was great to explore Perth and surrounding areas; it was very central for local shopping and coffee shops. The stairway leading to the flat was a bit drab and the lighting for the stairs was not working. The flat itself was bright and quirky. The bed was particularly comfortable. The washing machine is very noisy and mouldy around the rubber seal. However it was great to have this facility. The welcome pack was a lovely touch….thank you. Parking is a problem unless you want to walk a distance which my husband did daily. We were informed of an area to park at a cost; we chose not to use this. It was a little challenging unloading and loading the car but this would not put us off booking this flat again.
