This is far from being a Lodge!!! This was a ‘granny annexe’ in someone’s back garden, in a row of bungalows. It was not private and anyone in the owner’s bungalow, would have been able to see what you were doing in the property. There was mold on the floor and wall of the shower, also the cooker was dirty. In fact, we were going to leave, before even settling in, but left after three days, two days early.

Lovely little cottage, very private and we had an enjoyable stay. Local pub is a 4 min walk away, a supermarket is within a 10 min drive away. Fantastic hot tub and nice spacious cottage which is pet friendly. Only slight criticism would be a lack of places to hang wet clothing, possibly a small washing line or drier would help. But it didn’t impact on our holiday in the slightest.
