Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with bath, shower cubicle, steam/sauna cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed, Freeview TV, DVD player and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds, patio doors leading to balcony and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 4: With bunk beds.

Travel cot and highchair. Small enclosed garden with decking, garden furniture and barbecue. Balcony. Steam/sauna cubicle, £5 per day. 2 medium-sized dogs welcome. Private parking for 3 cars. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £150.

These two wonderful properties are spacious and set in an enviable location in the heart of the Forest of Bowland. Foxley Bank Stables Cottage (ref UKC2078) has been lovingly decorated by the owners to provide a stylish and comfortable base for exploring this wonderful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers many great features including patio doors leading to the balcony from the twin bedroom. The sauna and steam cabinet along with a shower cubicle with tantalising jets in the en-suite to the master bedroom is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring.
Foxley Bank Stables Main House (ref UKC2563) offers a comfortable and peaceful environment, and with two seating areas to choose from, you really will be spoilt for choice. Enjoy dinner by the warmth of the wood burner in the dining room, or kick back in the living room and make the most of the 40" Freeview TV.
The Ribble Way footpath is close by, making this an excellent location for walkers exploring Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales hills and valleys. Gisburn Forest is also nearby and offers many trails and cycle paths to explore, or you can fish along the stretch of river in Swaley (license required). The popular market towns of Clitheroe, 4 miles, and Skipton, which can be reached in under half an hour, both have castles, boutique shops and tea rooms, and are well worth a visit. Shop 2 miles, pub ½ mile, restaurant ¾ mile.
