Being surrounded on three sides by the Peak District National Park means Buxton also attracts lovers of the great outdoors, and one of Britain’s most spectacular leisure routes, the Monsal Trail, runs from just outside Buxton and provides a traffic free route straight through to Bakewell. Beautiful walks can be enjoyed at nearby Rushup Moor, and cyclists can also take advantage of the traffic-free Tissington Trail.     Two elderly ladies found difficulty with stairs and wet room, Ideal break for younger people.The cottage was well equipped and comfortable but had problems with tv which were resolved when called number young lady came immediately and sorted it however we could not find WiFi number which would have been most useful.
