Discover Holkham and Blakeney National Nature Reserves, including the renowned Blakeney Point, which are both ideal for bird and seal watching. Visit Cley Marshes, Titchwell Marsh and Snettisham Nature Reserves, and Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, which is only a 15-minute drive from the cottage. There are plenty of historical places to visit, with Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall all within easy reach. The Norfolk Coastal Path stretches for miles and there are many delightful cycle rides, including Peddars Way, which passes to the west of the cottage through Harpley, Docking and Sedgeford to Hunstanton, where it joins the Norfolk Coastal Path. The Poppy Line Steam Railway and Norfolk Broads are within easy reach. The renowned village of Holt is only 6 miles away with its cafés, boutiques, galleries and antique shops. Horse riding, horse racing and golf are all within easy reach. Shop 3½ miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
