Dan y Coed is set on the perimeter of the market town of Haverfordwest, the central-most town of Pembrokeshire. It makes this location the ideal retreat from which to see the whole of Pembrokeshire yet is placed at the end of a no through lane, giving you the perfect, quiet and relaxing location for your stay.

This spacious detached house offers a fantastic level of comfort throughout. It has been lovingly decorated and furnished to a very good standard. The large, open plan kitchen/dining room really is well equipped and makes the perfect entertaining space with an area for formal dining. The living room is complete with solid oak flooring and leads through to the sun room which is ideal for an early morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. On the first floor, both bedrooms offer en-suite facilities making this property appealing for families and couples alike.

Enjoy a short walk into the riverside town of Haverfordwest, explore the many shops, galleries and gift shops and enjoy a home cooked lunch in one of the restaurants or pubs. When the sun is out, take a short drive to Broad Haven beach where you can uncover rock pools, build sandcastles, go fishing or take a dip in the glistening St Brides Bay. A little further along this sublime coast you can discover Newgale, Nolton Haven and Little Haven, all within easy reach and boasting magnificent views out into St Brides Bay with its dramatic coastline. From here you can also take a stroll on some of the 186 miles of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park footpath that runs from Amroth in the south to Cardigan in the north. For an alternative day out, Hangar 5 Trampoline Park might tempt you. The Preseli Hills are just a 15-minute drive away and offer a host of fantastic walks.

Take a trip to the coastal resort of Tenby, surrounded by medieval walls which were built to fortify the town, and are still in place to this very day, complete with arches into the town. Cobbled streets lead down to the picture postcard harbour. Locally, Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton World of Adventure and Folly Farm are all within 35 minutes’ drive. Beach 7 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 700 yards.
