Coast Road Retreat, as its name suggests, is just a short stroll from the stunning coastline, with a choice of three lovely sandy beaches. Take advantage of the beautiful, far reaching, rural and distant views, to as far as Waterford, from the delightful conservatory, which opens onto a large decked area, great for those long summer evenings and al fresco dining. This eastern side of the Hook Peninsula boasts glorious scenery, which can be appreciated from the first floor, where both the reading area and bedroom enjoy sea views. Adjacent to the owner’s home, this holiday property is located just over a mile from the seaside village of Fethard-on-Sea with its shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs. Touring around the Hook Peninsula, whether by car, bike or on foot, is an absolute delight, and there is so much to explore including Hook Lighthouse, the oldest operational lighthouse in the world, and nearby Loftus Hall, reputedly the most haunted house in Ireland! Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1¼ miles.
