The first thing you will see on entering is the spectacular floor to ceiling church window, which streams in natural light and showcases this fabulous property at its best. The views over the rooftops towards the picturesque harbour and seafront are spectacular.

Church House offers tastefully styled accommodation and a unique travel experience for the discerning tourist. Access is gained to the apartment via the staircase as you enter the church front door. The apartment has a spacious open-plan living room/kitchen. Make the most of this bright open space, the interiors have been designed to the highest standard. From its enviable location, just 400 yards from the coast, the property allows you to explore the whole of this fantastic region. Church House is surrounded by some of the world’s most famous golf courses, with so many interesting towns and villages to discover including Montrose and Arbroath to the south and Stonehaven to the north. You will also find some of the most famous castles in Scotland on your doorstep; Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle, Edzell Castle and Brechin Castle, to name but a few. Travel further afield to the bustling city of Aberdeen and enjoy its shopping, parks and fascinating history, and it’s only a 30-minute drive away. For walkers and adventurists, Church House is situated at the gateway of the Cairngorms National Park, one of the most beautiful places Scotland has to offer, and culture and heritage are here in abundance.
