Welcome to Chi Lowan Happy House! Situated in Camborne with easy access to the A30, it is in an ideal location. The owners have recently renovated this property in 2022 to provide a very comfortable, modern base from which to explore this area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The accommodation is suitable for couples, and the wider door frames and large walk-in shower enable easy access for the less mobile. There is one small step into the property (a ramp can be provided if required) and a grab rail in the shower. Beautifully decorated and well presented, the property has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. After a busy day exploring the amazing beaches and coastal towns situated so close, to this centrally situated accommodation, return to sit in the private courtyard with glass of champagne and relax watching the amazing sky at night.
There is so much to do in the area, using this property as your central base, why not visit Falmouth, St Ives, Hayle, The Eden Project, as well as Cornwall’s capital city, Truro which is only 25mins away. Tehidy Country Park, home to a professional golf course and with 9 miles of paths to follow and 250 acres of woods and lakes to explore. It is a beautiful place to visit all year round with the changing seasons, with a choice of beaches and Portreath beach being the closest. Mostly sandy and there are lovely walks as well as well as a beach side café.
If you want to leave the car at home, the owners will arrange transport to and from the train stations, whilst you are here you can get a daily bus ticket for £5 or a weekly one for £20 and hop on and off the buses to really see the area. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the property, and within a mile you will find a number of pubs and restaurants serving a variety of foods. Beach 4½ miles.
